1. Agreement to these Terms

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the TorrentCheapwebsite and service (the “Service”), operated from Sri Lanka. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our DMCA Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. The Service

TorrentCheap lets you request files (for example via magnet links or .torrent files) which we fetch or store on our cloud servers so you can stream or download them to your devices. The Service is currently provided free of charge and on an “as is”and “as available” basis. We may add, change, or remove features at any time.

3. Eligibility

You must be old enough to form a binding contract in your country (and at least the minimum age required by applicable law) to use the Service. By using it, you confirm you meet this requirement and that your use will comply with all laws that apply to you.

4. Your account

  • You are responsible for the information you provide and for all activity under your account.
  • Keep your password secure. Notify us at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access.
  • You may sign in with email/password or Google, and are responsible for maintaining access to your account email.

5. Migrating from the previous TorrentCheap

This is a rebuilt TorrentCheap. If you used the previous version, then for your security you will be asked to set a new password and accept these updated Terms (and our Privacy and DMCA policies) the first time you log in. Some previous data may not carry over.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • infringe the copyright, trademark, or other rights of anyone else;
  • store, share, or distribute child sexual abuse material (CSAM) - we operate a zero-tolerance policy and remove and report it to the relevant authorities as required by law;
  • upload or distribute malware, or content that is unlawful, fraudulent, defamatory, or that violates the rights of others;
  • disrupt, overload, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorised access to the Service or its infrastructure;
  • resell or commercially exploit the Service without our permission, or break the laws that apply to you.

7. Your content and responsibility

You are solely responsible for the files and links you add and for ensuring you have the right to do so. TorrentCheap does not control and is not responsible for the content users choose to fetch, store, or share. We may, but are not obliged to, review content, and we may restrict, remove, or disable access to any content or account that we believe violates these Terms or the law, or in response to a valid legal or copyright notice.

We respect intellectual-property rights and respond to valid copyright complaints. If you believe content on the Service infringes your copyright, follow our DMCA Policy and email [email protected]. We may terminate the accounts of repeat infringers.

9. Availability

The Service is provided free and we do not guarantee any particular uptime, speed, retention, or that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may suspend or discontinue all or part of the Service at any time.

10. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access, with or without notice, if you breach these Terms, if required by law, or to protect the Service or other users. You may stop using the Service and request account deletion at any time by contacting [email protected].

11. Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and availability or accuracy.

12. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TorrentCheap and the people who operate it will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, files, profits, or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of (or inability to use) the Service. You agree to indemnify and hold them harmless from claims arising out of your use of the Service or your breach of these Terms or of any law or third-party right.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll post the updated version here and change the “Last updated” date; significant changes may be notified by email or in-app. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
